"The Premier Property Management team understands what it takes to successfully manage and navigate property ownership in Baltimore City. I can rest assured that all permits and documentation requirements are compliant because of the Premier team. I appreciate the transparency and communication from the team especially when there are repairs or issues raised by my tenants."

"I’ve been with Premier Property for a year now. Everything has been pleasant. The process is very fast and efficient. If something needed to be repaired or I had a concern the staff was on it same day. Periodically the office would call to see how things are going and to see if I have any concerns. Since my stay and service has been well maintained I decided to stay longer. Now I don’t want to be managed by any other management company. Thank you so much Premier Property Management Company for making my son and I comfortable in our home."

"I have been working with PPMI for about 2 1/2 years now. I decided to try out a management company because I was moving out of town. Premier has done an amazing job with my properties. I get my money each month, my statements come each month. Their reports are clear and easy to understand. I am also able to get someone on the phone if I have a questions. This team is very response. Five stars across the board!"

"I moved into my apartment about 3 1/2 months ago. Everything has been good. I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in but Mr. Baker came and was able to take care of my concerns with no issue. I recommend PPMI to anyone."

"I have been using Premier Property Management for many years. They have always acted with my best interests in mind. Rentals in Baltimore can be a challenge and they have the experience to know how to handle any circumstance. They communicate effectively and provide timely feedback regarding expenses/income, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for property management services."
