At Premier, we offer a referral fee program to any realtor who refers a new client to us for property management services. Simply fill out the referral form, submit your W9 form, and let your client know that we will be reaching out to them. Once they have been enrolled in our property management services, we will send you your referral fee!
Referral Fee Structure:
1-3 new units at $200 per unit
4-10 new units at $150 per unit
10+ units at $100 per unit
