Mr. Barnett has over 15 years of experience in the Baltimore City and County property management field which he acquired before founding his own firm in 2007. Mr. Barnett’s knowledge base includes a deep understanding of the city inspection, permitting, and eviction processes. Mr. Barnett is responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of Premier Property Management Investment. Mr. Barnett also has extensive experience in the operations portion of property management, starting out in the industry with a focus on maintenance and repair coordination. Mr. Barnett graduated from Morgan State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is also a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Maryland.
