“I have been using Premier Property Management since I bought my first apartment building in 2009. As we have grown over the years, we have always relied on Charles and Premier’s expertise in the property management field. They have done a tremendous job for us.

I have worked with Charles and the team at PPM for more than 10 years, and there has been literally nothing they can't handle. Placement and vetting, problem tenants, repairs of all types, even full rehabs, they've done it all for us, and as an out-of-state investor who can't do anything "hands on" due to distance, it's not too much to say I literally couldn't have run my real estate business without the folks at Premier Property.

Premier has been a great property manager for me in Baltimore city for many years. They have been great finding tenants and when maintenance issues arise the do a great job of resolving quickly with the tenant. I would recommend them to other owners as they are very knowledgeable on City rental regulations and requirements.

I’ve been renting a property from this company for two years and my experience has been nothing less than awesome. I know that if I need anything they will be right there to get the job done. Also it is very easy to pay your rent by using the website which is very easy to navigate through. The company is an all around winner in my book.

I’ve been a tenant of Premier for over 7 years, the staff is very understanding and will try there best to help you with what you need, they are VERY responsive with maintenance issues and they call you back instantly to make sure your issue is taken care of, I have never had a situation that they weren’t willing to help address.

Charles and his staff have been wonderful to work with. I started out with having Premier manage only two of my properties and I had six other properties with a different company. Shortly after, I ended up taking all my properties over to Premier. I have seen Charles grow first hand and his love for real estate, as well as his knowledge and hard work makes him stand out from the others. Thank you for all you have done for me over the years.
